In addition to his position in CEMTL, Paul is an emeritus Professor of Radio Astronomy at Cambridge and long-time Group leader for Astronomy and Astrophysics within the Physics department. He has been instrumental in the development of the SKA telescope project. His work has included managing large international teams to deliver key elements of the SKA as well a key elements of the system design and processing.
Paul’s industry experience includes being a director of Stratospheric Platforms Ltd., www.stratosphericplatforms.com and Cambridge Electromagnetic Technology Ltd., and over 30 years of experience in expert consulting services.
